![]() WRI's investment process generally occurs over three phases: Initial Inquiry: The builder provides WRI with the project pro forma and general project information-size, builder resume including financials, equity needed, etc. Generally, WRI will respond to an inquiry within three days. Due Diligence and Approval: Upon mutual agreement with the builder on a proposed deal structure and pricing, the deal moves to the Approval phase, during which WRI and the builder finalize terms and complete the due diligence process. This stage typically takes 30 to 60 days or less to complete, depending on project complexity. We rely on the cooperation of our builders to supply us with necessary information to complete the phase in as timely a manner as possible. Documentation and Funding: Because we understand the importance of timeliness at this stage, we do everything within our power to complete documentation and meet funding deadlines.
