WRI's target business is residential for-sale housing (both attached and detached) and land development. Price range preference is primarily for entry level housing and first and second time move-up buyers.

Multiple product types allow WRI to market to builders more effectively and have more flexibility to tailor financing for a given project. WRI can meet a project's equity requirement through either an Equity Investment or a Subordinated Participating Loan.
