WRI's Arizona regional office is managed by Stephen Loonam. Mr. Loonam is responsible for underwriting investments and managing branch operations. Prior to joining WRI, Mr. Loonam spent nine years with AmTrust Bank as Director, Business Development for Arizona. In addition, Mr. Loonam has worked for public homebuilders where he held positions in project management and forward planning in California and Arizona. Stephen also worked for GE Capital in home builder finance in both Southern and Northern California. He earned a bachelors degree in finance from California State University, Fullerton and an MBA from Arizona State University. A California state native, he was raised in Orange County, California.
