WRI's Southern California operations are based in Irvine, California. Led by Julie MacHale, the Irvine branch is responsible for originating new investments and managing the existing investment portfolio of projects throughout Southern California. Prior to taking over the branch operations, Ms. MacHale held positions as project analyst and assistant investment manager in WRI's Southern California office for more than five years, during which time she was involved in the origination and execution of nearly 150 investments. Ms. MacHale holds a California Real Estate Broker's license and a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance from University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business.
